Admission Procedure

Admission to Hindon Public Senior Secondary School is open to all irrespective of caste, creed and religion. Parents who desirous to admit their child to our institution should fill in the prescribed Registration Form and submit it in the school office before the last date of submission.


Registration is the first stage in the process of admission. For admission to Nursery the child is to qualify an informal interview.
For other classes written test in Hindi, English and Maths and Subsequent interview needs to be qualified.

The list is made on merit basis depending upon the seats available in various classes.

Documents Required for Admission

The photostate copy of the documents must be attested by Ist class Magistrate.

  1. Date of Birth Certificate
  2. Residence Proof
  3. Two passport size photo of the student
  4. Two passport size photo of the parents
  5. Transfer Certificate of the last attended school with well-counter signed by the appropriate authority
  6. Income certificate of the Parent is essential for EWS student

Important Dates

Distribution of Registration Form Ist January to 15th July of each Year
Admission & Submission of Form Ist March to 31st July of each year

Fees and other dues

  1. Fees and other dues are to be paid from Ist to 10th of every Month during office hours only. Those who fail to pay by 10th will be fined Rs. 1/- per day.
  2. Fees and other dues are to be paid for full academic year i.e. from April to March [ for twelve months] including conveyance charges
  3. Examination Fee is also to be paid in the month of April for each examination.
  4. Parents/ Guardians are requested to insist on having receipt for monthly fees and other dues and the entry should be completed in fee card.
  5. Dues once paid are neither refundable nor transferable.
  6. Students withdrawing from the use of the school conveyance will have to inform school authorities in writing one month in advance, otherwise they will have to pay the conveyance charges.
  7. No student will be allowed to sit in the examination without clearing all the dues, if any.
Fee Depositing Hours 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.


Parents have to give one month's notice for withdrawal of their wards along with a month's fee in lieu of notice will be charged.
